Prices

The prices of the goods are as stated on the website by the relevant shopkeeper. This website is only for the purpose of advertising the products. The prices quoted are subject to an invoice from the relevant shopkeeper including specification of any value added tax.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by you in the contact details section of the site

Overseas Customers

We regret that currently we are unable to facilitate orders for dispatch to any address outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. However, orders can be made from overseas provided it is for delivery to UK mainland or Northern Ireland address and payment is made to the shopkeeper in pounds sterling (?GBP).

Status of Order

The order made on this website by you on any order form order form constitutes an offer by you to purchase the goods on your order form subject to these terms and conditions and any further terms the relevant shopkeeper(s) may require your agreement to in connection with the supply and delivery of the goods. The contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched to you by the relevant shopkeeper(s) . Risk and liability for damage or loss of the supplied goods shall pass to you on delivery and title in the goods shall only pass upon full payment by you to the shopkeeper for those goods. Enforcement of any rights regarding rejection of the goods needs to be exercised between you and the relevant shopkeeper(s) . Acceptance of these terms and conditions by you is signified by placing an order. If you wish to check for any further terms applicable by the shopkeeper you may contact the relevant shopkeeper(s) by using the shopkeeper contact details and specifically request this from the relevant shopkeeper(s) .

Cancellation

Please note that you have a legal right to terminate your contract within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods (provided the goods are returned to the relevant shopkeeper(s) new and in an unused condition in the original packing together with a copy of the receipt). If the goods are not so returned, the goods shall be deemed acceptable by you and you shall not be entitled to reject the goods.
